Plans have been drawn and ground will soon be broken on two new senior living facilities in Wells and Winnebago, Minn.
Heartland Senior Living is excited to bring more senior living options to the community. Wells Assisted Living will feature 10 assisted living apartments and 10 memory care units on the north edge of Wells, Minnesota.
Parker Oaks Senior Living in Winnebago, Minnesota will soon add twelve new assisted living apartments, of varying sizes, which will be attached to the existing building. The new building will feature a welcoming common space, dining, a spa and more.
